   Child Care Center

Our Cook prepares meals fresh daily.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack.

All meals served meet nutritional requirements.

Meals are served Family Style for older toddlers and preschool groups.  Staff model healthy eating practices as they sit with children during meal times.  Children pass food and serve themselves, allowing them to decide how much and what they will eat.  This type of meal service is a fun and exciting approach to teaching good, lasting nutritional choices.  This is considered an ideal method of offering food to young children.

The purpose of the Elsmere Presbyterian Child Care Center(EPCCC) is to provide a safe, caring and enriching environment for young children and their parents during weekday business hours. The Center is governed by the Session of the Elsmere Presbyterian Church as administered by a Governing Board. EPCCC, as a part of the church, is a non profit organization and operates as a service to the community.

The staff provides and maintains an environment of warmth, safety and cleanliness. The Center is conducted according to best practices and accepted research in the field of early care and education and strives to reach the highest standards possible, conforming to or surpassing state standards for licensing and conduct. The Center understands parents are of primary importance in children's development and staff is committed to nurture and foster partnerships among themselves and the families.
